Who We Are

The Towerland Wilderness is made up of the Towerland property itself as well as the adjoining property, which was purchased to extend the wilderness area. Old fences separating these properties are being removed and gradually they are merging into one landscape once more, networked with meandering paths, tumbled with valleys and rivers and fynbos hillsides and mountain peaks.

The original Towerland property is owned by Allan Kaplan and Sue Davidoff. The carrying group for the Towerland property and development includes Allan Kaplan, Sue Davidoff and Keith Struthers.

The adjoining property is owned by the Towerland Trust, which has been set up to oversee the Towerland Wilderness. The trustees of the Towerland Trust are Liz Smith and Allan Kaplan.
